Calendar sales raise £100 for Hospice

We’d like to say a huge thank you to Mrs Margaret Goodfellow who has donated £100 to our Hospice charity after selling beautiful 2024 calendars.

Margaret told us: “On a previous visit to the Hospice I was very impressed with the warm welcome I received from both the reception and other members of staff. It was due to this visit regarding another smaller donation that I immediately decided to help as much as I could to raise funds for the Hospice and the community it serves.

“I understand that the Hospice and the Community Specialist Palliative Care Team require funding to expand and develop provision of equipment, for use by patients in their care. Therefore, I am only too pleased to support such an enterprising organisation whenever I am able to do so.”
