Broom-mates fundraise for us

Double double toil and trouble, fire burn and cauldron bubble…

A Trust office block resembled a witches’ coven on Halloween, but the big-hearted broom-mates at Doncaster’s Holly Lodge were more interested in raising money than casting spells.

Organiser Tracy Dodsley said: “We raised £192 for St John’s Hospice through a raffle and colleagues paying to either come in fancy dress, or not. I provided a prize for the best outfit which was won by Elaine Birkinshaw, dressed as a penguin, and she even did a dance.”
