Patients with a progressive, life-limiting illness can be seen by a consultant in palliative medicine in the outpatient setting if consultant advice is required for complex symptom control.

The Clinic is held every Monday afternoon in St Johns Hospice: St Johns Hospice, Weston Road, Doncaster DN4 8JS

Hospital consultants, General Practitioners and Clinical Nurse Specialists can refer into the clinic by using the referral form, or by writing a comprehensive letter stating the reason for the referral.
