Big boost for hospice

Big hearted residents in Doncaster who headed to our St John’s Hospice Christmas fair have helped to raise £3,150.

Held at St John’s Information and Support Centre, at the back of the hospice, in Balby, there was fun for all at the fair, including visiting Santa, stalls, refreshments, games and much more.  There was also the annual Christmas raffle.

Lindsey Richards, of the hospice said: “I want to thank everyone who supported us. All of the staff who volunteered on the day had a great time – and we hope our visitors did too. Every penny raised will go towards making our patients’ lives more comfortable.”
