Singers hit the high notes to celebrate Christmas

Singers from Doncaster’s CAST Theatre called into our hospice at Balby to hit the high notes and entertain day patients and their loved ones.

The singers, Nicola Doyle and Sara Jackson, entertained St John’s Hospice patients at their Christmas afternoon party.

Joanne Brooks, our Day Hospice Sister, said: “We’ve held several parties for our day hospice patients who attend different sessions throughout the week. We also invited their family members to join us.

“Our Day Hospice provides support throughout the year to terminally ill people and we wanted to have a week of parties so that all of our patients could join in have enjoy the festive season.”
